Waste Audit: Getting Down and Dirty
On Thurs., October 16, student volunteers spent first lunch through sixth hour sorting waste to learn more about the impact Parkway West makes on the environment. This kickstarted COW's Composting Project for the year!
This powerpoint was shown to all West High students during one of our monthly common ground days. It teaches about the value of recycling and composting to promote proper use of the school's different waste bins.

Parkway Cash 4 Cancer
As part of the annual battle for the title of Most Altruistic Parkway High School, on Thursday, April 2, students who purchased raffle tickets were randomly chosen to pie teachers in the face. Proceeds from the fundraiser go towards Friends of Kids With Cancer.
