Sign Up for Monthly Volunteering Opportunities!
Sign up for monthly volunteering opportunities after the initial sign up at the COW meetings! After each meeting, those who signed up during the meeting will have their information added to the online sign up.
Check Your Meeting Attendance!
Double check your meeting attendance to make sure you signed in! If you were at a meeting and did not sign in or were at the meeting but it is not marked down that you are, please email the COW officers and we will sort it out!

Volunteer Sign-In Procedure
Opportunitity leaders:
At each event, mark down when each member signed in and out. If you choose to do so, you may print off a sign-in sheet and use it. Otherwise, you can do this electronically. Also, take a picture of all the volunteers there and email it to us. If there are more than 5 COW volunteers present, ask volunteers to take pictures of themselves and text them to you. You can then email all of these to the COW account. This is very important so that we can confirm who was present at the event.

List of Hours for NHS Applications
Here is a list of hours (new and old) that members have acquired through COW. This document also has a column for meeting hours (members earn 0.5 hours per meeting attended). All hours must be signed by Mrs. Klevens, who also has access to this document.
